There are over 3000 fabulous toys to select
from including baby toys, puzzles, games, construction sets,
train sets, cooking, bath toys, musical toys, trucks, all
the Fisher Price play sets and the full range of Little Tikes
toys.
To use our services you pay a once-off joining
fee of $27.50 and then simply pay per toy per week. After
the first week, the rental is calculated on a daily basis.
Minimum of one week. We suggest a maximum of
3-4 weeks.
We also stock an extensive range of reference
books in our "Book Nook". These are available for
members to borrow. We can also provide cake tins, cake decorations,
tables and chairs for your child's next birthday party. Our
dressups section has an extensive range of costumes available
for hire.
Our "retail section" at the back of
the library has a great range of gifts. Members will automatically
receive a discount off most purchases. Layby facilities are
available. We also offer free gift wrapping for your gifts.
We are located at "York's Corner"
Lane Cove on Sydney's lower North Shore. We are in a small
group of shops away from the main shopping centre so parking
is easy. There is a lovely park next door so why not pack
some morning tea or lunch and relax there before or after
your visit to the Toy Library. View a map showing our location

95 per cent are transportable in cars, station
wagons, utes and trailers to make it economical for your hiring.
We do have a limited delivery service available (charges apply).
Some of our larger play equipment is very popular
so we recommend you book in advance for your party, playgroup
function or corporate function. Items must be collected on
the day nominated by you. A cancellation fee will be charged
for toys not taken after we have reconfirmed your booking.
We are open from 9.30am to 3.00pm Monday to
Friday. On Saturdays we are open from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
You can nominate friends to join Lane Cove
Toy Library at a saving of $10.00. For every referral we receive
from you, we will give you a $10.00 credit for toy hire.
